My brothers and I have been so happy to have our mom living at The Park Oak Grove since November 2019. We have found that all the staff, and especially Katie Jones, Fran Lilly, and Terri Pendleton in the front office go above and beyond to look out for the residents and keep them as safe and well as possible. During this past challenging year of COVID-19, the staff moved quickly to protect the residents, and were able to keep cases to a very low number with strict precautions, testing, and now vaccines. Katie, the Director, also regularly reaches out to the families and keeps us informed. Our mom seems very happy living at The Park Oak Grove. She likes her apartment, has made new friends, and enjoys her bridge games, social hours, movies, and other activities. She also is grateful for the physical therapists who keep her moving, and while she has kept her own doctors outside the community, she is glad to have the nurses available for occasional advice and care. Mom looked at several places before she chose The Park Oak Grove, and she has been content with her choice. My brothers and I are beyond grateful.

My mom was a resident at The Park Oak Grove for 2 years, and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and facility. Anytime there was a need, the entire staff came together to make sure she was happy and well cared for. She recently passed away, and the nursing staff was with us every step, providing compassionate care for mom and for our family. Until her illness, mom enjoyed the wide variety of activities, including day trips, exercise classes, Bingo, and special holiday meals and crafts. She had a 2-bedroom apartment, which gave her plenty of space for a separate tv room/office. She also had a spacious balcony where she enjoyed fresh air and flowers. One of the wonderful services at The Park is the physical, occupational, and speech therapy which is available on-site as needed. The therapists are truly amazing-compassionate, energetic, and caring. My mom looked forward to her time with them, and I credit them with adding much life to her final years. Mom made wonderful friends at The Park, and our family is grateful for the care she received.

What a caring and compassionate place The Park Oak Grove is! Our mother lived at The Park for 2 years before she passed away in December of 2020. From the first day when we had a tour until her final days, everyone showed our mother love, tenderness, and compassion. Mom had a one-bedroom apartment with lots of storage and space to meet her needs. She greatly enjoyed her balcony where she could have flowers and be outdoors. Mom made many new friends at the Park with both the residents and staff as our mom did not know a stranger. We found the entire staff at The Park to be professional, courteous, and kind. The nursing staff and the Genesis rehab staff who cared for Mom are top notch and full of joy and thoughtfulness. Katie, Leanna, and Chelsey along with the rest of the staff: office, nursing, rehab, dining, and housekeeping, all knew Mom by name and took the time to greet her and know her personally. They truly loved our mom and showed this to her daily. We would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a friendly and caring assisted living home.

I feel safe here and am grateful to have the caring nurses here to look after me. Administration is so helpful, and the food is good. I just think it is a wonderful place to live!
